Google Business Profile optimisation for multiple locations
Optimising one Google Business Profile is manageable. With ten, fifty or a hundred locations, new problems appear: locations competing with each other, inconsistent addresses on hundreds of platforms and the tension between brand control and local freedom. In this training your team learns one fixed approach that works for every location.

Trainer: Gijs Bodenstaff, Local Entity GEO and AI automation specialist, author and speaker. Since 2010 he has worked on local visibility in Google and AI search engines. Training is given in Dutch; English on request.
What your team learns
- A complete Google Business Profile per location, with its own photos and categories.
- Visibility in the Google 3-pack and in AI Overviews.
- NAP consistency per location and a sameAs network linking locations to the brand.
- Reviews and AggregateRating in Schema.org.
- Weekly posts and a Q&A strategy.
- Visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
Three pillars
| Pillar | What it means |
|---|---|
| One brand entity | Schema.org Organization and Wikidata as the anchor for all locations |
| NAP at scale | A fixed name, address and phone number per location, monitored with a citation audit |
| Brand and local in balance | Head office provides structure; the location provides local photos, content and reviews |
How to approach it
- Define the brand entity.
- Set up a complete profile per location.
- Create unique location pages with LocalBusiness schema.
- Correct NAP data on the main platforms.
- Start with a pilot group of five to ten locations.
