Google Review Management training for your team
You do not collect reviews from behind a desk. They happen when a customer is satisfied: at the counter, after a job, at the end of a conversation. That is exactly where your team is, and where the opportunity is usually missed, simply because nobody taught them how and when to ask without being pushy.

Trainer: Gijs Bodenstaff, Local Entity GEO and AI automation specialist, author and speaker. Since 2010 he has worked on local visibility in Google and AI search engines. Training is given in Dutch; English on request.
This training fixes that. In one day your staff become review ambassadors who ask for feedback as a natural part of their work.
Reviews as a key AI signal
Authentic customer reviews are among the strongest signals AI models such as Google Gemini and ChatGPT use to recommend a business. They are external, verifiable and hard to fake.
From criticism to trust
Your team learns fixed protocols: respond calmly and constructively, know when to answer publicly and when to take it offline, and prevent escalation.
Ethical and structured
Asking for an honest review is fine. Steering towards positive reviews only, or rewarding them, breaks Google guidelines.
| Part | What your team takes away |
|---|---|
| Asking | Conversation openers that work, at the right moment |
| Responding | Protocols for positive and negative reviews |
| Agreements | Who responds to what, and how quickly |
| Reference | A short guide for new staff |
